Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Frequency Collective team, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may affect your appointment with us. Last minute cancellations and "no shows" are detrimental to our business. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellation 48 hours before scheduled service: No Charge
Cancellation 24 hours before scheduled service: 50% of Service Charge
Cancellation or No Show day of service: 100% of Service Charge
